Kevin is a distinguished social impact leader, C-level executive, and board leader with over 25 years of expertise spanning critical areas including Risk, Talent (culture and employee engagement), and Brand Strategy across the legal, technology, and government sectors, driving impact at the intersection of innovation and governance. He is the Founder, President, and CEO of The Social Engineering Project, Inc., a social impact venture with Stanford University that increases representation in the tech industry through educational programming and strategic partnerships. Kevin also serves as a Senior Specialist of Employee Engagement at Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory, where he helps shape and implement enterprise-wide culture and workforce strategies across a leading federal research institution.

Kevin offers board-relevant expertise in legal and enterprise risk management, with a particular focus on data governance, cybersecurity, and regulatory compliance. With over a decade of experience in top international law firms—including Morrison & Foerster, Paul Hastings, and Holland & Knight—Kevin supported complex litigation and advised on risk-sensitive matters involving electronic discovery, legal holds, and information governance. As a former regional sales manager for multiple eDiscovery and legal tech providers, Kevin brings a practical understanding of the intersection between technology and legal risk, particularly in high-stakes and highly regulated industries. He currently serves on the advisory board of Trusted CI—an NSF-backed think tank dedicated to advancing cybersecurity frameworks for scientific cyberinfrastructure—where he contributes to national conversations around threat mitigation, privacy, and institutional resiliency. His insights make him a valuable asset to any board navigating today’s rapidly evolving risk landscape.

He currently serves as Board Chair of Flourish Agenda, Inc., where he has chaired both the Audit and Compensation Committees, guiding fiduciary oversight, executive compensation, and organizational growth.
